Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent photograph drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a legend labelling different sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
